The app is available in Hindi and English.
Ques. 5 : I am getting the message “ Could not connect the Truckonnect servers. Please try again” What do I do?
You get this message when your mobile internet is disconnected. Connect to wifi or mobile internet and try again.
Ques. 6 : I am new to this app, can you give me a demo?

Ques. 7 : I am not getting an OTP to complete the registration. What do I do?
The One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile no. / email id. Please check both locations for the OTP. If you still have a problem then call us on +91 9560060264 or email at support@truckonnect.com and we will help you register.
Ques. 8 : I don’t remember my password, how do I log in?
Click on “Forgot Password?” on the login screen. Enter your registered Mobile No. and we will send you a OTP (One Time Password) to reset your password.

Tyre failure could be due to worn out tyre, bust tyre, manufacturing defect in the tyre, cut in tyre etc. In any case, click on Tyre Assist in the menu panel to get to your nearest reliable point of help.

Whether you have had an electrical breatdown or mechanical failure of any kind, we can help. Click on Truck Workshop section in the menu panel to get to your nearest reliable point of help.
